teach. We have a simple process to recognise your experience and
have you obtain Certificate IV qualifications through our recognition of
prior learning RPL system.
We also understand that for you to take time out of your business to attend a training course would not only cause your business great inconvenience, but is unnecessary as you can simply show us that you qualify.
We have now available a simple and straight forward system for experienced brokers to gain Certificate IV in Financial Services (Mortgage Lending) FNS40408.
Experienced brokers who have two or more years of Mortgage broking experience can submit the simple requirements and through their experiences as a broker receive a Certificate IV.

The process is just 4 simple steps: Print the Checklist and have it completed by a peer or superior. Provide a CV showing your experience in the industry, specifically involving mortgage lending. This must be verified by a peer or superior. Include a portfolio containing evidence of work history, training, skills and knowledge to be assessed against the competencies as outlined in the Checklist.
